Down on the Farm
Caldicott Farm, Broad Oak, is a full working farm and the various farming activities can be viewed by all our visitors to Meadow Barn by either those on the Cookaway Cooking courses or actually renting the excellent accommodation during holiday breaks. There is a milking herd of holstein/hereford together with pigs and a collection of fine Bantams kept in good order by the attendent cockerels. Also our "home grown" vegetables - laid out in raised beds for easy tending, although there never any shortage of the "growing stuff".
